I am an experienced psychotherapist and counsellor working with adults. I am also a supervisor and lecturer in counselling and psychotherapy.

Counselling and Psychotherapy
Much of my work is with people who are impacted by the mental ill health of a loved one. This could be a sibling, parent, partner or child. I also have interest in working with people living through the changes brought about by midlife and the parents of teenagers and adult children.
I also specialise in working with education professionals experiencing the stresses of working within school, college and university systems.
My aim is to help you discover a more satisfying and authentic way of being.
I am GSRD/LGBTQI+ affirmative.
Supervision
As a clinical supervisor, I work with qualified and trainee counsellors and psychotherapists who work with children, adolescents and adults. I work creatively and collaboratively, drawing on my years of clinical experience and training.
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR is available as a stand alone treatment or in combination with psychotherapy.
